7. PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to return to us the jewelry – products you bought within 14 days from the date of receipt, along with their packaging and the accompanying documents, such as proof of purchase, warranty, etc. For product returns, contact us first through the numbers: 23510-36700, or through the mail: [email protected]
You also have the ability to change the product within 14 working days of receipt with any other jewelry of your choice of equivalent value to the first or higher. In the above case of return and change of products, orders are excluded which are made exclusively for you and can not be returned or replaced (Jewelry with name, personal engraving, etc.).
The returned jewelry should be in their packaging in the condition they were delivered to you, having been worn only for rehearsal and not for use. They should also be well packaged so as not to be damaged during transport and for your own best service. Jewelry that is returned and does not meet the above terms and conditions of product return will not be accepted. In any case, you will be charged with the shipping and return costs of the replaced product.
With regard to branded products, such as watches, etc., the respective dealerships are responsible for any damage.
In case of return of a product and its non-replacement with another, the company will pay the amount of your order within 5 working days from the day of its receipt in your bank account, simply indicating the IBAN of your account. From the amount that will be deposited in your account, the shipping and return costs of your order will be deducted.
How do I return what I bought in the online store iced-out.gr?
If you want to return the product you have received, please contact the Customer Service Department of iced-out.gr in order for our representatives to guide you through the return process.
When sending your jewelry, you send your parcel at the recipient’s expense and then the store will refund the entire amount you paid during your purchase, deducting the shipping 4.00 € (2.00 € shipping costs and 2.00 € return costs). The money will be paid to a personal account that you have indicated to us after contacting our company.
How do I get my money back?
Your refund depends on the payment method you have chosen. If you have prepaid your order with PayPal, as soon as we receive the products back, your money will be refunded to your PayPal account. If you had prepaid with a credit card, upon arrival of the products in our store, your card will be charged and the money will be credited to your account. However, if you have chosen cash on delivery or deposit in a bank account in both cases it is necessary to indicate the IBAN of your account where the money of the products you return will be credited within 5 working days. The IBAN of your account must belong to a Greek bank. Otherwise you will be charged for the costs of sending remittances.
How much money will be refunded?
The amount that will be credited to your account will be the entire amount you have paid for the jewelry except for the initial shipping costs (4.00 €) and the costs for returning the products to our store (4.00 €). In other words, the entire amount is refunded to you, except for € 4.00, which corresponds to the shipping costs.
Can I return what I bought from abroad?
You can return jewelry you have received within 14 days from the day you received it. A prerequisite is to pack the jewelry well (in the packages sent to you) in order for it to be protected during transport. Also for returns from abroad you are charged with the shipping costs for return from your country of residence in Greece. Once the returned products are received from our online store, the entire amount of their value will be credited, except for shipping for abroad (depending on the case 19.00 € or 11.00 €, see: For abroad).
8. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You have the right to cancel the order of your products within 24 hours of its submission either by calling 23510-36700 or by sending an e-mail to iced-out.gr
